1367426765 2013-04-26 My inspection today finds the driller has made 1' of hole in 4 hours. Due to the hole conditions I have allowed the operator to run 86' of 26" conductor. Superior Well Service cemented the pipe in place with 278 sks of 15.6# cement. The cement stayed at surface.
1775166437 2013-07-14 My inspection today finds the operator has regained circulation and the current depth of casing is 2' below the permit required depth. Nabors Well Service cemented 492' (ground level) of 18.625" casing in place with 1202 sks of cement. I witnessed 90 bbl of cement returns to surface.
2030301767 2014-03-31 My inspection finds well is in production. The tank battery consists of eighteen 400 bbl tanks that are shared with three other wells. The identification is posted as required. The well site is being prepared for a drilling rig.
397331906 2013-11-22 At 7:48 p.m. I received a call from James Harvey of Antero. Mr. Harvey stated that a Meyers water truck had rolled over and spilled 5 gallons of motor oil and a minimal quantity of flow back water. He also stated that all fluids were cleaned and Hulls Environmental was on site to get soil samples. All contaminated soil will be removed.
