The well is solely being used for domestic use and is well maintained by the owner. The well is currently unregister with the State of Ohio and is a listed as a "Historic Owner". The well was originally drilled by Mr. Harold Sparks (operator) in 1981 on his daughter's land to supply gas to the home. After discussion with Columbus (Vickie McKinney), we delivered the appropriate ownership packet and answered questions related to registration. | ||||
