-1702468012 2012-07-09 On 7/9/2012, I conducted an urban production well inspection status check. My inspection found the well was equipped with a pumping unit that was newly painted and in good condition. The tank battery contained one 100 barrel oil storage tank, with the proper identification posted, one 50 barrel plastic storage tank and a separator. I noticed no visible spills or leaks. I reviewed the production records from our database which revealed that Carl Casale was producing commercially through Bocor Holdings when the well was listed as a domestic well. I talked to both Carl Casale and Bocor that a Form 7 needed to be filed immediately or shut the well in until the proper forms were filed. I was told by Bocor that a meeting between Mr. Casale and Bocor was set for 7/10/2012 to discuss and finalize the Form 7.
