| -160382381 | 2012-10-02 | A request from the landowner, Steve Wright, to inspect wells to see if they are producing - he has not received royalties in over a year. I found well with pumping unit, capable of producing with valves open, 100 bbl tank with identification sticker and faded information, dike that probably meets SPCC requirements, fresh water inside the dike, meter with current chart over at other well on property. Chart shows that wells are producing 0 mcf but believe they are also being metered at another point and that meter could be registering gas. Called operator and asked him to post complete identification and he was agreeable. The landowner is talking to a lawyer and does not want a citation at this time. |
