-1117437473 | 2005-04-28 | Inspection revealed that they are pulling the 8 5/8" casing . They should have the approximately 3000' of casing out of the hole by the end of this week or early next week . I'll check the site again next week to check on the status of the plug job . They need to go back in after they get the first 3000' of casing and fish out another 1200' of casing that is stuck in the wellbore.

-1403872781 | 2005-05-16 | Inspection revealed that the service rig is fishing for parted tubing . On last Friday while trying to fish for the 8 5/8" casing the tubing parted approximately 18 joints down . The service rig went in with fishing tools earlier today , but couldn't get ahold of the tubing . They tripped out the tools and ran back in with other fishing tools in an attempt to get ahold of the tubing . They have decided to try to get ahold of the tubing and try to release the 8 5/8" casing spear and bring it out of the hole . After getting the spear out , they are going back into the hole with tubing to finish plugging the well . The operator has decided to leave the rest of the 8 5/8" casing in the well .

-1623209466 | 2010-11-01 | Inspection revealed that the well is idle. The well head consists of a gate valve on top of the tubbing. There is no flowline attached to the well head at this time. There is a meter at the well head that is not hooked up either. The tank battery consists of a one hundred barrel oil storage tank. There is no identification posted at either the well head or the tank battery at this time. I spoke with Bill ( Northwood Energy 614-457-1024) and advised him that the well is idle and that I was going to send Northwood Energy a Compliance Notice today to either plug or produce the well. He advised that he spoke with Chip Smith (ChipCo) last week and that he is moving his service rig onto the Toalston well and then he is moving onto the Bryan well after that. He advised, that Chip Smith advised him that they had to finish working on the rig and then he would move onto these wells. They are going to conduct a mini-frac on this well and see if that will stimulate the well. He advised that if this mini-frac is not successful, then they will probably plug the well at that time. I am giving a remedial action date of December 6th,2010 for the Compliance Notice. | NONE

1288630841 | 2010-09-14 | On site with Earl Bryan (landowner). He advised that the well has been idle for quite some time. The inspection revealed that the well head consists of a gate valve on top of the tubing. There is a gas meter at the well head but it is not hooked up. There is no flowline hooked to the wellhead at this time. Inspection of the tank battery revealed a one hundred barrel oil storage tank and no identification sign posted at either the well head or tank battery. I advised Mr. Bryan that the Division has to give the operator the option of either plugging or producing the well. I also advised him about the procedure the Division has to follow to obtain compliance. I contacted Northwood Energy and left a message (verbal compliance notice) that they needed to plug or produce the well by October 20th, 2010. RBDMS revealed that the last reported production was in 2005. | NONE
