-1181546887 2012-11-23 I went to the site to check on the drilling status. I met with drilling consultant Mike Kirkpatrick. The rig was drilling on fluid at 9015' at 10:54am. The rig started drilling on fluid coming out from under the intermediate casing.
-1209476794 2012-11-26 I went to the site to check on the drilling status. The rig was drilling on fluid at 11,519' at 10:46am.
-1548325879 2013-07-23 I reviewed the site to assess the completion of preliminary restoration. There is a sign board at the access road entry featuring the well name, permit number and emergency contact information. The access road has a padlocked gate near Cream Ridge Road. The access road is in good repair. Drainage and erosion controls were in place and appear to be functioning. Ground cover was well established along the access road. I found the drilling/production pad to be enclosed entirely with a chain link fence with barbed wire at the top, and with a padlocked gate. The pad has a crushed limestone surface, and is in good repair. The pad does have some ponded water along the perimeter. The fence is in good repair. Outside the fence, there is an earthen berm. I walked the exterior perimeter and noted that the berm is in good repair and ground cover is well established. Most of the area of disturbance has good ground cover. The soil stockpile is well stabilized with vegetation. It appears that a site drain with shutoff valve has been recently installed on the west side of the pad. A closed-loop, above-ground drilling pit system was used, so there are no earthen pits requiring closure. The well has been fracked, and has a Christmas tree valve assembly. There are bull fences and concrete barriers surrounding the wellhead and cellar to prevent vehicle impacts. There are grates over the cellar to prevent falls. There is no production equipment at the site. The cellar has water to within 2 to 3 feet of the top. Preliminary restoration approval will not be finalized pending installation of production equipment and re-inspection.

1475285644 2012-09-17 I went to the site to check if the cellar had been installed, and the conductor casing topped off. Neither had yet been completed.
538108760 2012-11-14 I went to the site to check on the drilling status. The rig was drilling on fluid at 4748' at 9:48am. The rig started drilling on fluid coming out from under the intermediate casing.
649071261 2012-09-24 I had discussed the need to get the conductor casing topped off and the cellar installed at the site with Jimmy Freeman of Chesapeake on 09/18/2012. He indicated that it would be take care of on 09/19/2012. I stopped at the site to check on the status. I found the cellar installed, and the conductor casing topped off with cement.
795961952 2014-05-20 I stopped by the site to check on the status of well completion and restoration. The well has been hydraulically fractured, but no production equipment is on site. I walked the entire site, and found the location to be in good condition. All erosion and sedimentation controls, and drainage controls appear to be functioning. Ground cover is well established along the access road and around the drilling pad. No areas of erosion are present. Preliminary restoration approval will not be finalized pending installation of production equipment. All valves are chained and locked.
