1086278580 | 2004-06-03 | Complainant Ernest Funfgeld called on 6-2-2004 to advise natural gas was leaking from drive at 5555 Beach Rd., Medina. Researched maps and located owner George Hehn. Arrived on scene 6-3-2004 and located leak and well feeding line. George Hehn shut valve supplying the line and gas deminished. Mr. Hehn is in process of repairing line at this time. I advised Mr. Funfgeld of results. | 9-9-05(A)1

1360613280 | 2013-02-11 | I inspected this well and found one pump jack with electric motor on the wellheaad. The pressure on the tubing was 40 psi. and the pressure on the casing was 45 psi. No visible leaks were detected on the wellhead or on the adjacent piping and the area around the wellhead was nicely maintained. The tank battery contained one 100 bbl. steel oil storage tank, one 50 bbl. steel brine tank, one horizontal separator unit and one drip assembly. There were two residential type regulators for house gas lines that were plumbed into the piping coming off of the separator unit. The identification sign being displayed on the steel oil storage tank was very worn and illegible and the top handrail of the catwalk on the tank was missing. No visible leaks were detected on the tanks or piping within the tank battery. The dike was in good shape and the area within and around the tank battery was well maintained. I contacted the owner of the well, George Hehn, and advised him of the need to replace the worn identification sign. George Hehn responded immediately and brought out a new identification sign that he just recently had made and installed it on the tank.
