1130358083 2013-04-10 My inspection found the well in production. The well was equipped with a plunger lift unit. The tank battery contained one, 100 barrel production tank, one, 50 barrel brine tank, and a separator. There was a plug on the load line. There were identification signs at the tank battery and well. The dike was in good condition and capable of containment requirements. A locked chain link fence surrounded the tank battery and well. The proper urban safety equipment was installed on the production tank. The lease road was in good condition and was shared with a Summit Petroleum well; permit number 2-3522.
1405351241 2014-07-11 I was on location for a status check inspection. I found during my inspection the well in production with a plunger lift unit. The tank battery consisted of a 100 barrel production tank, a 50 barrel brine tank and a separator. There was a dike surrounding the tank battery. Identification signs were posted at the well and tank battery. There was a plug on the load line. There was a 7 day production chart inside the separator. Locked, chain link fences surrounded the tank battery and well. Safety equipment was installed on the production tank. The lease road was well maintained with crushed limestone.
