Upon inspection the following was found at the well head 4.5 production casing and 1.5 tubing with the tubing valve closed and the casing valve open and the well set up to be produced by the means of a plunger lift system. A single 210 barrel tank and separator are present in a established dike with a gas meter that has no sales chart present. Inspector will note that the well has reported gas sales and no active metering signs and extremely heavy vegetation growth around the entire site. | ||||

Mr. Sulsburger informed me that the landowners were using the well foe domestic house gas but they had not metered the gas in the past. They will attempt to get the well back in commercial production and meter the domestic gas. Identification was posted but removed by a 3rd party- I spoke with legal counsel for the landowner and asked Him to inform the landowner that removal of the identification was vandalism and they were not to bother anything pertaining to the well. Inspection of the well head on this day found the well shut in commercially and no operable metering equipment present on or around the well location with no well identification present and heavy vegetation around the equipment and site. Inspector will note that the equipment is in disrepair and not being kept up. Make well capable of commercial production within 30 days; or plugging is required within 90 days.
