The unit has a 8-foot fence enclosure at the TB and wellhead which are locked. The spacing is in accordance with the rule, and the valving and mechanicals are in good repair. I did not observe any signs of leaking product or gas vapors. The tank battery dike is adequate. The unit ID is good. No violations noted.

1247669559 2009-07-08 Received phone call from company reporting gas leaking from well head. Responded to site and arrived approximately 2:45pm. The Company had the leak fixed and was doing corrective measures for cleaning up of the oil sprayed area to the south of the well. Which consists of the driveway (15'X15')and yard (15'X20').EPA (Bart Ray) told company to remove the soil off site. PeatSorb was applied to remediate the drive. Site was contained the same day. Total oil loss 15-20 gallons. EPA also advised company to put booms around sewer drains. NO OIL GOT INTO SEWERS. 9-1-07
