1365251544 2013-04-05 Upon receiving phone call from local law enforcement of oil/gas blowing from storage tank went to site to investigate complaint and it was determined that bypass valve from well had stuck open and allowed gas to blow into tank which was full and oil was blown out of tank into dike area, no oil left dike area well tender showed up and shut well in until repairs could be made to faulty valve and dike rebuilt and oil 210 tank could be removed from site.
1365443430 2013-04-08 Follow up inspection revealed that clean up process still continues at tank site, well is still shut in due to fact that owner needs to have dike rebuilt before placing well back in service.
2015977641 2012-07-05 On the day of my inspection I noticed a small gas leak coming from the stem of a two inch gate valve, the pressure gauges had five hundred psi on them at the well head, there is a seperator/ drip/ chart/ (1) two hundre ten barrel production tank and (1) one hundred barrel production tank with the I.D. posted setting inside a containment dike.
48391071 2012-04-25 Inspection revealed that well is equipped with 8" surface casing and 4.5" production casing and 2" tubing and 1-210 bbl tank and 1-100 bbl tank, production chart is due to be changed 5/12/2012.
