1397739450 2014-04-17 My inspection found the well in production. The well was equipped with a plunger lift unit. There was a domestic gas line coming off of the 4.5" casing. The tank battery consisted of a 100 barrel production tank, a 50 barrel brine tank, and a separator. The dike was slightly weathered; however, it meets containment requirements. A bull plug was installed on the load line. There was a 16 day production chart inside the separator. The identification sign was partially torn and had the previous owners information. The lease road was in stable condition with a locked, gate at the entrance. The well was placed into production prior to House Bill 278. I called Larry, the field supervisor. I instructed Larry to post a new identification sign with the correct information.
