-122321876 2007-09-17 I performed a random field inspection. GPS'd both the well and tank battery. ID sign posted. Tank battery in good shape. Dike looked good. I found no violations at this time.
-997518169 2008-01-09 I received an anonymous call about a loud noise coming from a well. I investigated the well. This gas pumping unit had a tailpipe and muffler on it. The tailpipe had parted from the muffler. I called Paul Shaw from Dorfman Production. He would have a man up there in less than 15 minutes. I was still on location when the pumper showed up and shut the well in. The mechanic showed up in a couple of minutes later. A clamp was installed around the tailpipe and the muffler. This case is resolved.
1312964747 2006-05-19 The tank battery is shared with permits 1724, 1618 and 1335 and consists of 1-210 bbl storage tank, 1-100 bbl salt water tank, 1-separator and NO dike.
