-1152466984 2012-06-04 On 6/4/2012, I conducted a production well inspection status check. This well shares a tank battery with permit number 2-3724. My inspection found the well was equipped with a plunger lift unit that was in good condition. The tank battery contained two, 100 barrel oil storage tanks with the proper identification posted, two, 30 barrel brine tanks, a separator, and no dike. I noticed the tank battery's location was next to wet lands and a drainage ditch. I called Dave Rice of D&L Energy, Inc and instructed him to have a dike built to protect the wetlands. I will perform a follow-up inspection by July.
