-1106085279 2003-06-30 Inspection this day found tanks very close to road, but not a hazard at this time. 2 wells very close to tanks on this lease, maybe more producing. Well with permit no. is deeper (Berea?) well and closer to tank, other well east of deep well is also producing but needs permit no. Pit has been dug behind tanks for saltwater disposal - also has oil in it. ID's poor at tank but legible. Contacted operator and told him to remove oil and fill in pit - claiming "exempt Mississippian", and to clean up lease. Will reinspect in a month or so. Operator indicates lease will be cleaned up. Will give violation at that time if not remedied.

-1833546767 2004-04-01 Re-inspect. Inspection this day found no violations, tank area looks much better, pit filled in behind tank, still not enough dike, good ID's, well producing with jack
