23275089 2007-06-07 On site per the company, they received complaints form Shelly Company, who is paving ST RT 528. Shelly Company is up set about the mud on the road. There was 3 miles of mud on the road. Operator had scrapped off mud, but they was a layer of mud on the new pavement. I suggested to Ted from TK gas to either wash the roads down or get the broom out and start cleaning the road. He stated he would do both. Per Ted, the ODOT supervisor was not happy about the mud on the road. It was suggested that trucks should be pressure washed or some method used to remove the mud from their tires before they go on the road.
