1417164529 2014-05-23 Inspected production well on 05/23/2014. The tank battery consists of 2-100 bbl steel tanks and 5-horizontal separators located within an earthen dike. Some paraffin was noted on the ground within the dike that should be cleaned up. The tank battery is used by multiple wells; identification is posted for all wells utilizing it, but it is mostly torn off and will need to be replaced. The well is is equipped with a wellhead and an elbow located within an unlocked metal fence. Identification is posted at the wellhead as required. Ralph Gregory with G & O Resources was notified of the identification issue and need for clean-up at the tank battery and will address it as soon as possible. No other problems were noted at the time of the inspection.
