-977107212 2013-09-09 My inspection found the well in production. The well was equipped with a plunger lift unit. The tank battery contained three, 100 barrel production tanks, two, 50 barrel brine tanks, and four separators. The dike met containment requirements. There were a locked chain link fences surrounding the tank battery and well. A 7 day production chart was at the separator. There were plugs on the load lines. The proper identification signs were posted at the well and tank battery. The lease road was in good condition. The tank battery was shared with permit numbers 2-3090, 2-3092, and 2-3383. This well was placed into production prior to House Bill 278.
