1351522052 2012-10-26 The unit consists of a 1-tank battery (TB) with mechanical separator enclosed in a 6-foot chain link fence. The spacing is in accordance with the rule, and the valves and mechanicals are in good repair. I did not observe any signs of leaking product or gas vapors. The wellhead is fitted with a pumpjack and is not enclosed. The gates on the enclosures are not locked. The tank battery dike is adequate; however, the brine collection tank is outside the diked area. The access hatch is missing from the brine tank. I called Tim Reilly of Great Plains and advised him about the need for locks and dike containment for the brine tank. I indicated that the items should be addressed by years end.
