640903685 2013-01-16 My inspection found the well equipped with a plunger lift unit. The tank battery was surrounded by a dike with a 4" PVC pipe and threaded cap and contained one, 100 barrel oil/brine storage tank with a bull plug on the load line. The heat treated separator had the correct spacing from the tank battery, the proper identification sign, and had a 7 day production chart. The production records were up to date on our database. The lease road was in good working condition with a gate at the entrance.
