-1021960481 2010-05-11 I performed a final restoration. The lease road has been reclaimed. The well site is now part of the corn field. This well PASSES FINAL RESTORATION.
-1096603685 2010-04-13 I talked to Paul Baird about the status on getting the rest of this well plugged. He is going to get a rig to plug the well in 2 to 3 weeks. I asked about a plugging permit. He had not filed yet. But he will. See the past history of this well for more details. This final restoration continues.
1263388074 2010-01-12 This well is a followup on a final restoration for the Clinton well and to produce from the Oriskany. I drove to the Baird Sawmill to talk to Mr. Paul Baird about the status of this well. On 11/26/01 this well was plugged in the Clinton. The casing was ripped and pulled out of the hole. The 4 1/2" was run back into the hole. The well was to be completed in the Oriskany. Problems arose and the casing was left in the hole at 2200'. The cost to get the casing down to the Ariskany(3507') so far was approximately $40,000.00. Mr. Baird stated that he would try and find all the paper work on this well and call me. I stated again that this well needs to be produced or plugged. He understands. This Final Restoration continues.

1264449362 2010-01-25 I picked up from Mr. Paul Baird all the reports that were done on this well back in November of 2001. The plugging permit will follow and Mr. Baird will plug this well this summer. This final restoration continues.
1271790772 2010-04-20 I witnessed the releasing of the wellhead and pulling out of the hole with one joint of 4 1/2" casing. The workover rig is Phils Well Service. The rig ran into the well with 2 3/8" tubing to 2590'. There were no violations at this time.
1271875127 2010-04-21 I witnessed the plugging of this well. The existing tank battery will not be taken out. There were two wells that go into this one tank battery. It has a 100 barrel stock tank. The stock tank is also used for well #2560. I witnessed the vaccuming out of the fluid in the pits. The workover rig was Phil's Well Service. There were no violations at this time.
1272210601 2010-04-23 The casing was cut off and the ID sign, well name welded on the top. Dirt was spread over the top. The rock for the lease road was hauled off. This does not pass final restoration.
