| -123231119 | 2014-05-30 | Inspected production well on 05/30/2014. The tank battery consists of 2-100 bbl steel tanks, 1-50 bbl steel tank, 2-vertical separators, and 2-drips located within an earthen dike. A small fluid leak was noted at the bottom of the 50 bbl tank. The tank battery is used by multiple wells; identification is posted for all wells utilizing it, but the well information on it is incorrect, as is the owner information. The well is equipped with a pump jack with an electric motor. No identification is posted at the wellhead as required. Duck Creek Energy was notified of these issues and will address them as soon as possible. No other problems were noted at the time of the inspection. | ||||
| 382660853 | 2013-03-11 | I inspected this well and found one electric powered pump jack on the wellhead. I could not determine the pressure on the casing or on the tubing as there were no gauges installed on either. No leaks were detected on the wellhead or on the adjacent piping and the area around the well was nicely maintained. The tank battery contained two 100 bbl. steel oil storage tanks, one 50 bbl. steel brine storage tank, two vertical oil and gas separator units and two drip assemblies. The proper identification sign was posted on the steel tank, but identified the well owner as J.R. Bernhardt, Inc. when the records identify the owner as Duck Creek Energy. I contacted Duck Creek Energy and was advised that they do own the well, but J.R. Bernhardt, Inc. is currently operating the well for Duck Creek Energy. No leaks were observed on the tanks or piping within the tank battery or on the load line leading from the battery to the lease drive entrance. The dike was in good shape and the area within and around the tank battery was well maintained. It was determined that this tank battery also handles production for the Frantz #1 well. | ||||
