The well was capable of production and equipped with 8.625 inch casing, 4.5 inch casing, 2.375 inch tubing and a plunger lift system logically controlled. Identification was present and production records are up to date. Updated GPS coordinates are 40.19989 -81.66526 and have been verified with handheld unit. Site passes preliminary restoration according to 1509.072A.
