The well consists of a pumping unit over 8.625" surface casing and a gas escape packer with 2" tubing and rods. No lines are hooked up to the well head, and there is no electric service to the motor for the pumping unit. There is a 100 bbl production tank located approximately 50' away from the well with 4' of fluid inside it. The tank is hooked up to the other well on this property. There is no containment dike around the production tank. A containment dike built to SPCC standards needs to be constructed around the tank. No identification information is posted at the well or the tank. Production records for 2013 show that 18 bbls of oil and 0 Mcf of gas were produced from this well. No oil production has been reported from this well in past years, gas only. This well shall be plugged and abandoned.
