Says not getting royalties, is well producing? - where is gas meter and where is brine going. Valentine is operator, talked to Eileen Valentine who has received several letters from Paul rquesting information. She said there was no lease and that verbal agreement was for $100/year to the landowner. She said water going thru gas transport line and separated out at meter and tank on Leith Run. There is no separate meter so they are estimating - I believe too high an estimate for this well. Paul will send her copy of oil & gas lease he has, proof that he owns mineral rights and she will pay required amounts. I will go up this closed Twp. Road in winter and look at all the wells, including this one, when brush isn't so thick. | ||||
