I was unable to do the final restoration on this well. There is still 3-100 barrel tanks on location and a pumping unit. I called Mark Schmeltzer and left him a message. I told him this stuff needs to be removed for me to do the final restoration.

Appalachian well service is on site, they ran a bond log to determine the area of free pipe. The bond log showed the 4.5 casing to be free at 2450'. The casing was shot off at this depth. No other work was performed this day.

I checked to make sure the clay was still at the top of the hole. It has been open for a week. The clay has not dropped. I contacted Danny Baker to let him no that they could cut it off and put a plate on it.

Clay settled down hole about 10'. They topped the well off and are going to let sit for 1 week. I am going to give them the ok before they cut it off and cover it up.

I visited with Tim Schmeltzer about the tanks and the pumping unit still on this location. He told me that no one even told him about it. I let him know that I left Mark Schmeltzer a message a week ago about it. He said he would get someone on it right away.

The 4" was shot off at 2460'. They pulled out 500' of 4" then washed in 500' of clay. They then pulled out another row of 4" and shut down for the day. The trailer had to be switched out.

The rig crew finished pulling out the 4". Then they set a brush and stone plug at 1065'. They filled the rest of the hole with clay.

Matheney well service is plugging this well for Jeanie enterprises. They have pulled the tubing and are putting clay in the well today. They washed in the bottom plug then shut down for the day. They are going to shoot the 4" off.
