-1227434147 2006-06-23 The contamination has been removed. Recommned case be resolved.
1015739373 2010-02-03 I performed a random field inspection. I GPS'd both the tank battery and the wellhead. I continued to walk around both the wellhead and the tank battery and found both to be in good condition. The ID sign was posted. There were no violations at this time.
1149077145 2006-05-30 The tank battery consists of 1-210 bbl storage tank, 1-50 bbl salt water tank, aseparator and a dike that is low on the southwest. Responded to Mike McMahon complaint of leaking gas next to his property. The gas sale line was dug up and repaired. There is however an oil spill inside the dike from running the salt water tank over. Absorbent pads have been put down and per conversation with Russell Miller the remaining oil will be removed within the next week. 9-1-07
