-266416684 2013-09-25 On the day of my inspection Wheeler Drilling pressured up on the 8.625" casing with a solvent truck. The pressure was brought up to 300 lbs and then the swedge was shut in. The pressure decreased by 20 lbs in 30 minutes. The test passed and Wheeler Drilling was authorized to resume drilling.
-44532533 2014-01-15 On the day of my inspection I found that the drill pit was still open and partially full of fluid. There were no sags or tears in the pit liner. The drill site still needs to be graded out and seeded. The lease road was covered with gravel from the entrance to the well head. All drilling equipment has been removed from the location. 1380123647 2013-09-24 On the day of my inspection I found that Wheeler Drilling had drilled a 10.75" surface hole to 643' and ran used, tested and drifted 8.625" casing open ended. Cemenco loaded the casing with fresh water then pumped 1000 lbs of gel and 400 lbs of cotton seed hulls followed by 180 sacks of class A cement. Circulation was established with approximately 8 barrels of cement returns. They shut the cement head in to let the cement set up before conducting the pressure test.
