1356097713 2012-12-21 My inspection found the well equipped with a plunger lift unit that was surrounded by a locked chain link fence with slats. The tank battery was surrounded by a locked chain link fence with slats and a well maintained dike. It contained one, 100 barrel production tank, one, 30 barrel brine tank, and a separator. The well was in production and had a 7 day production chart. The lease road was in stable, working condition. I noticed no visible spills or leaks. This urban production well was placed into production prior to House Bill 278.
