-1691941441 2013-12-11 Well is equipped with a pumping unit and electric motor. Has been pumped recently. Good identification was observed. The tank battery is shared with several other wells on the lease. No pollution or contamination was observed. Accompanied by Inspector Cindy VanDyke. I will talk to Mr. Jim Williams about putting this well on his bond.
-1970128267 2011-03-21 Inspection this day found well with jack pumping, good ID's at electric box. Jim Williams of Gas Enterprises has done a very good job of getting wells going very quickly. Pumping this day. RESOLVED. Wells have been added to bond.
-2103347166 2007-09-28 Inspection this day found well producing with jack - pumping this day. Oil/saltwater mess on this lease - gave him a warning and small amount of time to get cleaned up. This is true Miss. Exempt lease but water is salty and doing damage. Rob owns land and lease.
-245005715 2009-05-19 Inspection this day found well with jack, capable but polish rod very rusty. Valves open. Well needs ID's. Tank area consists of large brine-kill area, pit at tanks full of brine, large area below tanks has damage from brine. This brine kill wrote up under well #22118, not adding it to each well. Well needs added to Rob Armstrong's bond as courthouse shows Lease recorded in OR vol 5, page 204. - also needs to submit annual production. Rob will have to demostrate that this well producing before NOV is resolved. Permit number for this well is questionable - could easily be called #22028. Plug or produce. Post ID's. Submit annual production. Add to bond. Failure to comply may result in bond forfeiture. 3/21 - RESOLVED - well pumping, good ID's at well, well added to Gas Ent.'s bond. 9-9-05(A)10
