Tank battery consists of 1-210 bbl and 1-25 bbl steel tanks and a production unit within an earthen dike; diked area is located within an unlocked metal fence. Tank battery is used by multiple wells; identification for both wells utilizing tank battery are posted. Well is equipped with a pump jack with an electric motor. No well identification is posted at the wellhead as required since it shares a tank battery. No other problems were noted at the time of the inspection.
1568103563 2014-06-27 Inspected production well on 06/27/2014. The tank battery consists of 1-210 bbl steel tank, 1-25 bbl steel tank, and 1-horizontal separator within an earthen dike; the diked area is located within an unlocked metal fence. The tank battery is used by multiple wells (2); identification is clearly displayed for all wells utilizing it. The well is equipped with a pump jack with an electric motor. A small gas leak was noted from the right side of the wellhead, but its source could not be determined, as it was underwater. No identification is posted at the wellhead as required. Ralph Gregory with G & O Resources was notified of these issues and will address them as soon as possible. No other problems were noted at the time of the inspection.
