1387824768 2013-12-20 I called Brian Levengood to get update of the Randall #1 well , I was advised by Brian that this well will be plugged with-in four months or before crops are planted. Plug permit was issued on 06/20/2013.
1397746880 2014-04-16 In follow up of the complaint from Mr. George Randall I contacted Brain Levengood to discuss these wells that need to be plugged. He stated he is waiting on a service rig. I ask which company he wanted to use and the said Nicks well plugging service. I contacted Nick to discuss a schedule on this plugging. Nick is to contact Brian Levengood when he returns home on 4/21/2014
1397752005 2014-04-17 On the day of my inspection I was accompanied by Inspector Mark Moreland. In approaching the well you could hear gas escaping. In using the gas detector it needed to be right at the wellhead before the alarm would sound the LEL alarm. The well was idle and in the middle of a field. The well had 2 7/8 tubing and 1 1/2 tubing, as a plunger lift system. As we walked away from the well an odor of H2S was encountered. The well is to be plugged by Dover Atwood.
