I reviewed the Division of Oil and Gas production records and found for the year of 2012 has not been posted but the previous years were current, At the well I found four and a half inch production casing standing from the ground with a ball valve, the well is set up with a rabbit stile head and a short rubber hose leading into a steel inch and a half production line, the valves on the well are open, there is no I.D. posted at the well head. The tanks are located at the roadside, there is a separator/ drip (1) two hundred ten barrel production tank, (1) one hundred barrel production tank and a steel fifty barrel brine tank, the valves on the production lines inside the dike are closed, there is no I.D. posted on the tanks. | 9-9-02 | |||

The pumper Jim Posey returned my call on the same day and informed me that the well was in production and the I.D. was posted on the tank. The pumper is meeting with me on 04/02/2014 at 9:00 a.m. for my site inspection. | ||||
