-41035584 2014-05-21 I inspected this producing unit to as part of normal periodic status check activities. Elements of the well consist of a production wellhead with standard valve assembly with electric pump jack system. The wellhead is located in a closed and locked chain-link enclosure located near the entrance to the Schulz Flower House. The well is currently being produced from the 4.5-inch casing and the 1.5-inch production tubing. There are no signs of leakage or problems at the wellhead. The aboveground storage tank battery is located south of the wellhead along the eastern border of the property currently being utilized by a commercial greenhouse operation. The battery is comprised of 2 steel 100-barrel production tanks, 1 50-barrel poly brine tank, and a horizontal separator. The battery elements are not enclosed. The load-out lines are bull-plugged and locked. The secondary containment at the battery appears well maintained. Process safety gear (carbon filter, spark arrestor, low-pressure-relief valve) is present. I did not observe any signs or evidence of leakage, spills, or problems. There is ID signage at the battery which is in good condition. The wellhead and battery are located in a topographically level area east of the greenhouse Surface drainage from the producing unit appears to be to the south, towards lower lying areas. I did not observe any signs of gully formation or washouts. There is no specific lease road. Access to the unit is provided by the asphalt and gravel-paved drive and parking area used by the greenhouse. There are no observed issues or problems requiring attention at this time.
