-41670300 2013-10-02 My inspection found the well in production. The well was equipped with a plunger lift unit. The tank battery contained a 100 barrel production tank, a 50 barrel brine tank, and a separator. The well and tank battery were surrounded by a locked fence; half was chain link and other half wooden. There was a identification sign posted on the fence. The lease road was in good condition. This well was placed into production prior to House Bill 278.
-994728798 2003-06-19 Meets requirements for preliminary restoration. The tank battery consists of 1-100 bbl, 1-5- bbl and 1- separator all inside the dike.
