No access lane noted to this well but it does appear to be capable of production. Chris Nieset said well is pumped with portable unit. | ||||
| 392877624 | 2004-12-16 | Checked well at request of landowner Sam Huff. The well is leased to Chris Neiset. The well is the last well south of the large storage tank. There is no pump on the well. Chris Neiset indicated that a portable unit will be used to produce the well, but the well has not been recently produced. The well is not on the State of Ohio database and is not on the list on bonded wells for Neiset. A Notice of Violation was issued on inspection number 1104250365 to add the well to the bond list for Neiset and to post the proper ID sign. In addition, since the well has not been produced in the past year, the operator is ordered to plug or produce the well (1509.12). Discussion with Chris Neiset by phone 12/28/2004 indicated that portable unit would be used to pump the well but due to poor weather and ground conditions it may take some time to get to well. |
