1355500771 2012-12-14 Inspection of the well head found the following equipment present-4.5 production casing- 1.5 tubing and pumping rods with the production valves open and the well being produced by the means of a pumping unit. 2-100 barrel production fluid storage tanks are present in an established dike area along with a mechanical separator and proper well identification.

On this day I contacted Gary Lang who purchased the well last year and asked that he repair a hole in the tank battery dike and refresh the well identification he will also inspect the tanks and flowlines in the dike for possible aging damage.

749637206 2014-06-26 I am accompanied by Oil & Gas Inspector Bill Stolarik. My inspection finds the well is equipped to be produced by a pump jack. The tank battery is comprised of two 100 barrel tanks, a separator and a meter.
