1399468874 2014-05-01 I was on location to perform a status check inspection. I found during my inspection that the well was in production. The well was a plunger lift unit. There was a domestic gas line on the 4.5" casing. The tank battery consisted of a 100 barrel production tank, a 30 barrel, fiberglass brine tank and a separator. A dike surrounded the tank battery. The separator sat outside the dike. An identification sign was properly posted. A plug was installed on the load line. The lease road was in stable condition. The well was placed into production prior to House Bill 278.
