-792583871 2014-03-10 At the time of the inspection there was cement observed inside the 4.5" casing at ground level. The production equipment has been removed from the well but the electric hookups and production lines still remain. According to on site coodinator Brad Yohe of Yohe Don Enterprises Inc, the Final Restorations will be completed as the weather allows.
522636004 2014-02-20 On 2-20-2014 a call was received from Luanne Korte, an independent contractor working as an agent for Yohe Enterprises, Inc. She called to ask about procedures for filing plugging reports for the 11 Yohe Enterprise wells in Fulton County. The wells had been plugged without proper notification to the inspector and the plugging was not witnessed. All plug reports will be filed by Yohe Enterprises as soon as possible along with the signed affidavit.
