1377529177 2013-08-26 My inspection found the well not in production. The well was equipped with a plunger lift unit with all ball valves closed. The tank battery contained a rusty, 210 barrel production tank, a 50 barrel brine tank, and a vertical separator. The dike was slightly weathered and; however, it meets contained requirements. The identification sign on the posted on the production tank. The lease road to the tank battery was in good condition; however, access to the well was completely washed out. According to our database, Enervest has reported zero production from 2010 to 2012. I called Larry Lower of Enervest and left a message to return my call and that a compliance notice would be issued to production, plug, or file for temporary inactive status. NONE_
