-1076605252 2004-07-27 In-Compliance.
-372771953 2011-10-17 Final restoration meets 1509.72 requirements. Accompanied by Jeff Amos from ODOT.
1226365513 2010-11-12 Witnessed plugging and abandonment. The plugging contractor had proposed running tubing to depth of 1100' and cementing to surface due to cave-in below this depth, as 5.5" casing was shot yesterday at 900' (not witnessed). The plugging contractor spent several hours attempting to run tubing to proposed depth, but unable to get past 917'. Tripped out of hole and ran stem and jars. Hit two obstructions along the way and reached depth of 1150'. Ran tubing back in hole and again unable to get past 917'. Cemented to surface with Class A Neat cement. The cement would not stay at surface and fell back. Waited 1/2 hour and topped off with additional slurry. The surface casing had been mudded therefore, was left in the hole to protect freshwater.
1291410832 2010-11-09 Verified the well location with GPS. The reading will not be recorded due to accuracy. Tubing was placed in the well bore due to fluid level (hole in 5.5" casing). Witnessed bottom hole plug with Mr. Robert Stonerock, Oil and Gas South Region Supervisor. Observed circulation on backside of 5.5" casing due to hole. RBDMS currently shows Nuttco Oil & Gas, as well owner however, the Ohio Dept of Transporation had purchased this well along with Permit No. 1889, Natco #27, to plug and abandon for the construction of Nelsonville Bypass.
1364699491 2010-11-10 An inspection of plugging status revealed plugging contractor, Berry Well Service, is making an attempt to rip 5.5" casing. A Wireline Service will be utilized for casing retrieval. Please refer to plug report for further details.
