1042832199 2013-10-28 On the day of my inspection I found that the well head was equipped with a pumping unit. The flow line was exposed where a recent repair had been made. The area around the repair was contaminated with crude oil. The tank battery consisted of one 100 barrel stock tank and one 30 barrel brine tank. Identification was posted. This well shares a tank battery with permit 1134. I contacted Mackenco to inform them that the well was in violation and the contaminated soil needs to be cleaned up. 9-1-07
