1835534656 2013-10-15 My inspection found the well to be equipped with a plunger lift unit. The well and tank battery are in good repair and are surrounded by a wooden fence. The tank battery consists of a 210 BBL production tank and a 100 BBL brine tank. The heat treated separator has the proper spacing from the tank battery and is surrounded by a wooden fence. The proper identification is located on the tank battery. The lease road is in stable condition.
228821275 2011-11-16 This well is in good repair. Heat treating unit spacing is correct. Proper identification sign posted at the tank battery and the lease road is stable.
274352801 2008-10-01 One 210BBL tank and one 100BBL tank in the battery. Heat treat separator spacing is good between heater, well head and battery. Wood fence is up around battery, treater and well head. Lease road is stable and in good repair. Gate to tank battery is locked. Man door lock to the well head needs adjusted so it can lock. ID sign is on the 100BBL tank. Site is in good order.
