-396425039 2007-03-01 I inspected well location today. The well is currently in production. There are two 200 barrel tanks and there is proper identification displayed at the tank battery.
145351225 2014-01-15 This inspection was conducted as a standard production well status check. The well was equipped with a pumping unit and motor. It was not pumping during inspection. The tank battery consists of (2) The barrel tanks inside a dike. Identification was posted at the tank battery. The inspection revealed that oil has leaked from the stuffing box. The oil has leaked onto the ground approximately 5 feet from the wellhead. A phone call was placed to Daryl Porter of Porter Petroleum. He was informed of the leak and said he would have it cleaned up immediately. 9-9-05(A)1
