Called pumper, he was unaware of problem but said would get right on it - will be cleaned up by end of weekend. Tank has good ID's - says it is for 3 wells - have found 2 of the 3, not sure about 3rd but no one has been to wells in awhile. Idle well has gas bubbling/oil on outside of casing, shut in and has not been produced in some time - question how it could have made 17 bbl in 2010 - maybe reported on wrong well? Well needs put back in operation, oil spill needs cleaned up. Glad to see dike was able to prevent a bigger mess. Have given this company time to resolve some of it's idle wells as trying to sell but still no sale and now time to fix some problems, get wells producing. 8/24 - Re-inspected oil spill inside the dike as received e-mail that mess was all cleaned up. Found hay/straw had been put over the spill, no evidence of equipment in there, and oil still laying in puddles on top of straw.
