1395060369 2014-03-14 My pre-transfer inspection found the well not in commercial production. The well was providing domestic gas to Mr. Charles Meigs and Carol A Nicula. The well was equipped with a pumping unit. The tank battery consisted of a 100 barrel production tank and a separator. The dike met containment requirements. The well had the minimum 200 ft from an inhabited dwelling and public building. The landowner owns the property on which the well resides and has the minimum five acres. I met and spoke to Mr. Meigs about his responsibilities as an exempt domestic well owner.
