1383680239 2013-11-05 My inspection found the proper identification posted per my request.
1390971005 2012-09-20 I conducted a production well inspection status check. My inspection found the well equipped with a pumping unit that was in good condition. The tank battery contained one, 210 barrel oil/brine storage tank, a separator, and no identification. I noticed no visible spills or leaks. This well shares a tank battery with permit number 2-2059. I called Jaime Campbell of Big Sky at 440-858-7252 and asked him to post the proper identification at the tank battery and at the pumping unit. I will perform a follow-up inspection by 10/1/2012.
