2035317789 2013-03-08 I was on site to witness the cementing of the 20" conductor casing. My inspection revealed that Express Energy Services has drilled a 26" hole to a total depth of 120' and ran 120' of 20" conductor casing. O-TEX cemented the casing with 250 sacks of Class "A" cement ( 2% CaCl; .5 pound per sack cello flake; and 0.4% C41P ). The cement had a density of 15.6 pound per gallon, a yield of 1.18 cubic feet per sack , and they used 5.24 gallons of mix water per sack. There was good circulation throughout the job and approximately 11 barrels of cement was circulated to surface. My inspection revealed no violations at this time.
