-1777960317 2014-06-23 Inspected production well on 06/23/2014. The tank battery consists of 1-100 bbl steel tank and a vertical separator located within an earthen dike. A small fluid leak was noted from the plug at the bottom of the tank; the leak is contained to the area immediately under the plug. Well identification is clearly displayed at the tank battery. The well is equipped with a pump jack with an electric motor. Paraffin was noted on the ground immediately around the wellhead that will need cleaned up as soon as possible. Andrew King with King Drilling was notified of these issues and will address them as soon as possible. No other problems were noted at the time of the inspection.
