Gas lines from back of building are supplying gas to over ground plastic gas lines. Possibly for domestic use.

Line marker in field north of well marks a vertical tie in, at 41.32478 & 82.36657 and also at a tie in that is disconnected, valve is under pressure, at 41.32643 & 82.36640.

Three-(3) drums located at trap (two plastic & one steel) Drums are full and leaking. An area less than 10 square feet has been impacted and the vegetation has been burned.
